Job Title: Admin/Warehouse Operative

Location: Rainham

Salary: £14.50 per hour

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and oversee daily warehousing operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Utilize MS Applications, including Outlook, to manage and organize warehouse-related data and communications.
  • Apply supply chain knowledge to support inventory management, order processing, and distribution tasks.
  • Act as Team Leader for short periods when required, maintaining operational continuity and team motivation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring compliance with Noatum Company Policies and Minimum Service Standards.
  • Handle sensitive customer and colleague information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and foster positive working relationships to enhance team performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in warehousing operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Applications, including Outlook.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Leadership capabilities, with the ability to step into a supervisory role as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to upholding company policies.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
