We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and support marketing activities and campaigns.

We’re looking for an experienced, results driven, and ambitious Senior B2B Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing, who can manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns and contribute to the strategic direction of the marketing team. The role requires a strong understanding across all marketing channels with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Campaign Management: Own marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver on KPI with a strong focus on lead generation.• Content Strategy: Develop and oversee content strategies, working with team members to ensure high-quality and relevant content across all channels.• Social media content: Create engaging, sector-specific content for both organic and paid social media channels, targeting platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook. Focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, while aligning content with broader campaign goals.• Project Leadership: Lead marketing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams (sales, design, and social) and managing timelines, budgets, and resources.• Data-Driven Marketing: Analyse the performance of campaigns using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts.• Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns, ensuring they are optimised for performance and ROI.• Agency and Supplier Management: Liaise with external agencies, ensuring that all activity provided meets the company's standards and goals.• Strategic Contribution: Participate in high-level discussions about marketing strategy, offering insights and recommendations based on industry trends and campaign performance.• Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of both webinars and in-person events, including trade shows and industry conferences. Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to ensure all events drive high-quality lead generation and that messaging is consistent with overarching campaign strategies.• Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, making recommendations for future improvements and strategies.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing or similar role within a B2B environment, with a proven track record of driving successful multi-channel campaigns.• Leadership & Project Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and teams. Experience in leading cross-functional projects from conception to completion while ensuring deadlines, KPIs, and business goals are met.• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including brand positioning, lead generation, and customer retention.• Creative & Innovative: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation. Able to generate fresh ideas and contribute to the ongoing improvement of marketing campaigns, processes, and team performance.• Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media (paid and organic), and content marketing. Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).• Attention to detail: High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills, project management, and communication skills with the ability to structure data and result. Capable of leading projects end-to-end and driving collaboration across teams• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various departments and stakeholders. Capable of presenting ideas and results to peers.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Professional marketing qualifications (CIM, IDM) are a plus.
