Premier Work Support are recruting for a permanent General Adminstrator for their client, who are a London based Glaziers and Aluminium Manufacturers serving the entire UK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities and general accounts
- Keeping accounts up to date
- Chasing customer for payments
- Reports/statements
- Communicating at all stages with colleagues and clients where necessary
- Processes payments and documents such as invoices, and employee reimbursements.
- Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
- Monitoring customer accounts: debt management & credit control
- Processing financial transactions, completing monthly reconciliations, and resolving incomplete records
- Assisting with monthly reporting and year end accounts
- Working with the Sales Manager on general admin and processes
The Candidate:
- Accounting background
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideal but not essential
- Experience of other accounting software's such as SAGE 50 is essential
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- Friendly and confident telephone manner
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
