Office Administrator to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £27,000 - £30,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm.

We are looking for a strong construction-based administrator, who can excel in a fast growing business.

Duties:

  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Organising and scheduling works to sub-contractors
  • Strong administrative office & accounts support
  • Coordinating with management team to effectively handle office activities
  • Using CRM systems (Onetrace & FIRAS) - Training provided
  • All other relevant administration tasks

Benefits:

  • £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • 20 days holiday + BH (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown)
  • Pension

Experience required:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Working in a construction-based company
  • Previous XERO experience would be advantageous
  • Attention to detail and time keeping skills
  • Multitasking between works
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
