Office AdministratorOur client is a family run Memorial Masons who have been trading for 100 years. Based in Rainham, Essex, they are seeking an Office Administrator with good all-round Admin experience and an excellent customer service approach. The Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operation of our services for families in need. You will ensure accurate completion of all administrative duties throughout the branch, assist in addressing client inquiries via phone and email and manage sensitive documentation with the utmost care.The main day to day duties will be:
  • Manage various administrative tasks, which includes the accurate processing of sensitive information and financial invoices.
  • Maintain accurate indexed records of accounts, and banking sheets through our bespoke systems.
  • Communicating regularly with clients through all avenues, be it email, face-to-face and telephone, as well as preparing letters.
  • Effectively communicate cross-functionally with stakeholders, ensuring transparency with important information.
  • Accurately compiling financial data such as branch inventory, credit control metrics and petty cash transactions for weekly reporting to management.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and administrative skills, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory policies and procedures with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft applications
  • Experienced in processing sales and purchase invoices (preferable).
  • Possesses strong emotional intelligence, providing empathetic and supportive customer care in sensitive situations.
  • A dedicated team player, consistently contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
