We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team on a temp to perm basis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and efficient, with a knack for managing administrative tasks effectively. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Organise waste paperwork to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • File documents accurately and timely.
  • Scan driver’s paperwork onto the system to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Raise purchase orders as required for office supplies and services.
  • Order Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for staff as needed.
  • Coordinate the hiring of equipment from suppliers to support various departmental needs.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
