Production Supervisor
Rainham, EssexFull time, Permanent positionSalary: Up to £30,000 per annumHours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday's
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of production operators as well as day-to-day supervision of production processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who has previously worked in a factory, production or repacking environment, looking for long-term employment and career progression.
The role includes but isn't limited to the following:
- Supervision of Production Operators
- Supervision of production processes
- Performing bottle filling / repacking duties
- Understanding and completing production documentation, ensuring production instructions are accurately followed
- Training and supporting production operators in production processes
- Forklift Counterbalance experience & current licence would be desirable
- Assisting the Production Manager
- Assuming the responsibilities of the production manager in their absence to ensure continuity of work quality, H&S standards and leadership.
- Assisting with general day-to-day business activities.
