Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Rainham, Essex. We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking3rdParty Supply Planner.This is full-time and permanentposition and working for very well established company. Hybrid role (2wfhdays, after initial settling in period) Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.

Job Purpose:

  • As a3rdparty Supply Planner, you will oversee the relationships with our3rdparty partners.
  • You will be responsible for managing performance, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with our standards and policies.
  • You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to align our3rdparty strategy with our business goals and objectives.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Lead and drive the projects for new3rdparties &SKUset up.
  • Establishing overall timing plans for assigned projects, ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed deadlines.
  • Confirming agreements with3rdparties that align with your project objectives, budget, andtimeline
  • Communicating effectively and regularly with3rdparties and internal stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide feedback
  • Evaluating the performance and quality of3rdparties and ensuring they comply with the standards and expectations of your company and clients
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and challenges that may arise from working with3rdparties
  • Providing support and guidance to3rdparties and internal teams to foster collaboration and trust
  • Support in demand planning/forecasting.
  • Support the head of the department with data analysis, report creation and project work.
  • Carry out any other duties as required from time to time to fulfil the business needs.

Person specification:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills.
  • Excel, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team-player.

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • A solid understanding of the3rdparty landscape and the best practices for managing3rdparty risks and opportunities.
  • MPS&MRPknowledge is required.
  • Knowledge of Co-Packing beneficial.
  • Project Management.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards or any otherERPsystem would be beneficial.
