Here at Axiom Personnel we are currently recruiting for a Recycling operative for our long time client based in Rainham, London.
Duties will include (but are not limited to);
- Operation of the baler Machine, Crosswrap and Strapping machinery.
- Cleaning and general maintenance of machines and associated work areas
- Housekeeping of operating areas
- Liaising with external technicians
- Enforcing PPE requirements with all delivery and collection drivers, maintenance technicians, and employees
- Carrying out safety checks and reporting/recording defects
- Regulating product quality and maintaining stock levels / machine consumables
Full training is provided, but experience in the operation of a baler machine would be advantageous.
Good communication skills, basic problem solving mentality and basic computing skills to allow data inputting are essential.
The hours for this position are either 7PM - 5AM (night shifts includes 20 shift allowance per shift)
13.71 per hour
This is an ongoing position and for the right candidate the role can become permanent.
