Requirements

  • Must hold a QTS/QTLS in Mathematics
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Right to work in the UK-this is essential
  • 2 relevant professional references
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging math lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and needs
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and problem-solving
  • Organise and participate in extracurricular activities, such as Maths clubs, competitions, and workshops, to enrich student's learning experiences
  • Assess student progress with a keen eye, providing feedback that motivates and encourages continuous learning and improvement
  • Stay engaged with ongoing professional development to bring fresh ideas and cutting-edge practices into your teaching
