The Role - SENDCO
Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school in Rainham.Ensure all statutory obligations regarding SEND students are met.Oversee the quality assurance of all SEND and learning support programs.Support and manage a growing team of Learning Support colleagues.Ensure access to the curriculum is inclusive and effective for all students.Manage SEND resources, information, and budgets where applicable.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified SENDCO who holds or is currently working towards the National Award for Special Educational Needs.Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and implement an effective SEN policy.A passion for ensuring every student reaches their full potential.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and parents.
