Interaction have a great opportunity for a Techincal Sales and Marketing Manager, within the Falmouth Area/Hybrid. 

 

Key responsabilities - 

  • Listen to client requirements and present an appropriate solution
  • Maintain and develop business relationships
  • Prepare tenders, proposals and quotes in response to enquiries
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions
  • Improving website content and online customer experience
  • Support our company social media presence
  • Increase Brand awareness
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue within our market sector
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Liaise with other sections of the company to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Manage the sales and marketing team.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the offshore survey industry. 
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • A high degree of self-motivation, initiative and ambition
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Capability to flourish in a competitive environment
  • A good level of numeracy
  • Ability and desire to sell
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written format.
  • A positive, confident and resilient approach
  • Experience in negotiating to achieve positive outcomes.
