Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in MRO/Aerospace environments and possess strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the successful completion of engineering projects.







Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise engineering initiatives to support business needs.
  • Utilise 2D and 3D CAD software to develop and modify engineering designs and drawings as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly in the areas of mechanical and quality engineering.






Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within the MRO/Aerospace industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software for design and modification of engineering drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
