Responsibilities:
- Manage a small caseload of families, offering tailored, therapeutic support
- Supervise and mentor 4 Supervising Social Workers
- Work collaboratively with management to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Use your therapeutic expertise to build positive relationships with foster families
- Maintain high standards of practice and professional development
Requirements:
- Social Work degree or equivalent qualification
- Registered with Social Work England
- Experience working within the fostering sector
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
