Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming sales enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Working with the technical team to address product or specification-related questions.
  • Negotiating deals and converting enquiries into confirmed sales orders.
  • Following up on leads and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure the best shipping processes for each order.
  • Keeping customers updated on shipping statuses.
  • Chases outstanding payments for invoices when required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Brings energy and enthusiasm to customer interactions, building strong relationships.
  • IT-literate and comfortable using computer systems.
  • Highly driven, motivated, and focused on achieving results.
  • Capable of working independently while being a strong team player.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment, with excellent communication skills over email and phone.

Role Details:

  • Salary depending on experience
  • Mon - Fri - 8.30am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours a week)
