The company is based in the centre of town, providing excellent public transport routes for candidates that potentially do not drive.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 and every other Saturday 09:00 to 13:00.

The salary will be reviewed after completion of training which could be as early as 3-months.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support general customer enquiries over the phone and via email
  • Arrange and confirm bookings with customers
  • Co-ordinate bookings in booking system
  • Process hire extensions
  • Co-ordinate off hire of loan vehicles
  • General manual and electronic record keeping
  • Adhoc management reporting
  • General office administration including emailing, filing and photocopying

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to any situation
  • A positive attitude to problem solving
  • Flexible with good time keeping
