Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, working for a global leader in electrical and electromechanical manufacturing? Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join their growing team, based in Ramsgate.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  2. Proactively resolve customer queries, including account and warranty-related issues.
  3. Manage order scheduling, maintain the Forward Load for dedicated accounts, and liaise with the Commercial Manager to address prioritisation challenges.
  4. Facilitate communication between workshops and customers to resolve technical issues.
  5. Provide weekly updates on On-Time Delivery (OTD) scores.
  6. Monitor and maintain Gross Margin for assigned accounts.
  7. Prepare and communicate customer status reports for designated accounts.
  8. Process and raise work orders (WO) for customers.
  9. Ensure proper filing and scanning of work packs upon completion.
