1:1 Teaching Assistant - Ramsgate
Full-time - £83.33-£90 per day - January 2025 start

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with children with SEN. This is for a school in Ramsgate and shortlisting for the role is happening ASAP.
The school is accessible via public transport and has onsite parking
The Role
- Working primarily with children with SEN on a 1:1, or small group basis.
- SEN needs themselves range from ASD, ADHD and Behavioural Needs.
- Assessing students' progress and discussing development with Teachers, Parents/Carers, and external agencies if necessary.
- Undertaking CPD if the role requires it, in which you will be accredited for.
Requirements
- Experience working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant would be highly desirable.
- Holding a L2 or L3 Teaching Assistant qualification would be highly desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with children with SEN within an education, pastoral, or personal setting would be highly desirable
- Experience working with Young Offenders or in an Intervention role is highly desirable.
- Either have, or be willing to get, an enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Must have right to work in the UK
