PSM Recruitment is seeking a Sales Support Administrator for a team based in Ramsgate. You should be experienced in dealing with insurance, ideally,Fleet Insurance, HGV Insurance, Liability Insurance, Van Insurance or Motor Trade Insurance.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting highly motivated administrators, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service to their clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who has worked withinthe insurance industry.
Responsibilities
Daily diary management
Mid Term changes to Policies
Incoming and outbound calling
Insurer and customer documentation processing
Renewal document processing
Finance and funding
Dealing with customers face to face
Office filing & post renewals
Completing industry training and assisting with training
Organising and prioritising workloads
Requirements
Experience in the Insurance industry for at least 1 year, within the last 12 months
A hard-working attitude showing initiative
The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to any situation
Conscientious and confident, and well-presented when meeting the public or insurers
Salary:DOE
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Ramsgate, On-site
Shifts:9.00am -5.30pm Mon -Fri and 9.00am -1.00pm every other Saturday.
