Teaching Assistant – Primary School in Ramsgate (Year 1)

Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting young learners? We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a thriving Year 1 team at a primary school in Ramsgate.

In this role, you will primarily work 1:1 with a child with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the tailored support they need to thrive. There will also be opportunities to work with small groups of children, supporting their learning and development across the curriculum.

What we’re looking for:

• Effective, caring, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on children’s education

• Experience in supporting children with special educational needs is desirable, though not essential

• A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with a team
