In this role as an IT Support you will be providing exceptional service to clients and the general public. On the service desk you will be picking up tickets and escalating them to the relevant parties. Furthermore offering internal support to the business to help the organisation run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have a background in it support/customer support background and be willing to progress in a business. Commutable to Ramsgate.
