Our client, an Employee-Owned business, is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to join its dynamic team. With a culture built on collaboration, development, and empowerment, it continuously strives to create an environment where employees can thrive.
The Role:
As a Remote Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support while ensuring the smooth operation of clients' technology and security systems. No prior experience or qualifications are required—full training and development will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide clear and effective communication to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and speed to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Stay calm and positive under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
- Become a 'Product Champion' for a specific tool, staying up to date with developments and providing training.
- Oversee customer service requests, ensuring efficient distribution to the appropriate engineers.

Performance & Growth:
Your success in the role will be measured by:
- Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)
- SLA adherence and response rates
- First-touch fix percentage and ticket resolution times
- Achieving a minimum of two technology accreditations per year (training fully funded)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Additional hours available post-probation at enhanced rates or time in lieu.
