Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Reports To: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Hybrid (4 days in our office, 1 day from home)
Salary: 26,000 per annum + up to 6,000 performance bonus + additional incentives

(Please note that a driving license is essential for this role as you will be required to attend client sites and some are not accessible by public transport)

Join a dynamic team as an IT Support Engineer and play a crucial role in delivering excellent technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the skills to enhance user experiences and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to users, diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity problems, ensuring seamless access and communication.
Perform software installations, updates, and configurations on desktop and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with other IT team members to maintain the integrity and efficiency of IT infrastructures.
Document and track issues in the ticketing system, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
Assist in monitoring system performance and implement necessary updates and patches.
Contribute to IT projects, providing insight and technical expertise where necessary.
Educate users on best practices for IT safety and effective use of technology tools.

Skills/experience required:

  • This role requires 3+ years' experience in a Remote Support or similar role within the IT industry
  • A high level of technical understanding and skill to complete a project from start to finish.
