Responsibilities
Daily diary management
Mid Term changes to Policies
Incoming and outbound calling
Insurer and customer documentation processing
Renewal document processing
Finance and funding
Dealing with customers face to face
Office filing & post renewals
Completing industry training andassistingwith training
Organising and prioritising workloads
Requirements
Experience in the Insurance industry for at least 1 year,within the last 12 months
A hard-working attitudeshowing initiative
The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to any situation
Conscientious and confident, and well-presented when meeting the public or insurers
Salary:DOE
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Ramsgate, On-site
Shifts:9.00am-5.30pmMon -Fri and 9.00am-1.00pmevery other Saturday.
