They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Support Administrator to join their team and contribute to their continued success.Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily diaries efficiently, ensuring all appointments and tasks are organised and prioritised.
  • Handle mid-term changes to policies accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct incoming and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing.
  • Process renewal documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
  • Manage office filing systems and post-renewal documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Utilise experience in the insurance industry to provide knowledgeable support and guidance to clients and team members.
  • Demonstrate a hard-working attitude and proactive approach to tasks, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Generate presentations and fact finders to support client meetings and policy discussions.

Qualifications /Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in diary management, policy changes, calling procedures, document processing, and office organisations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation and client information.
