They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) to support their operations and ensure equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and modifications on mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Mechanical tasks include fault-finding, machine rebuilds, planned maintenance, and installations (e.g., pipe fitting, machine relocation).
  • Electrical tasks include diagnosing faults, electrical installations (e.g., panel building), planned maintenance, PAT testing, and programming temperature controllers (PID).
  • Safely isolate and lockout equipment, create risk assessments, and document maintenance activities.
  • Support out-of-hours maintenance, breakdowns, and project work as needed.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and manage spare parts inventory.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in maintenance or repair roles.
  • Strong knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
  • Mechanical experience with plant equipment and general fabrication work.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CAD, Microsoft Office).
