We are seeking a Plumbing Supervisor/Site Manager for a mechanical contractor in Kent.
The position offers a salary of £55,000 plus a package and vehicle.
Key responsibilities include managing plumbers and subcontractors on residential building sites and overseeing 1st and 2nd fix work.
Candidates must have SSSTS or SMSTS certification, First Aid training preferred, and Gas Safe registration is highly desired.
Previous experience in a similar role is required, along with a valid skills card and PPE, with an immediate start available.

Plumbing Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a plumbing supervisor/ site manager to join our mechanical contractor client in Kent.

Salary 55k + package + vehicle

Duties will include

- Overseeing and managing plumbers and subcontractors on new build residential building sites- occasionally overseeing 2-3 sites

- Cover all aspects of residential new build 1st and 2nd fix

- Domestic alterations

- Hot & Cold services

- Liaising with client/ contractors on site/ inductions/ H&S/ RAMS

-Using laptop

Applicants must have SSSTS or SMSTS + First Aid preferred

Gas safe registered highly desired
