Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of primary-aged pupils.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a supportive and productive learning space.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to provide tailored support for students, including those with additional needs.
- Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their development.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning through interactive and engaging teaching methods.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Primary Teacher in a school setting.
- A proactive and adaptable teaching approach, ensuring all students receive the support they need.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
