Commercial and Residential Sales Assistant
Location - Ramsgate, Kent
Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
If so, we have an interesting opportunity in Ramsgate for a Commercial and Residential Sales Assistant.
This role is unique and covers a broad range of tasks, with no two days the same.
Our client is a growing commercial and residential property developer, creating astounding builds to exacting specifications for its clients.
In this role, you will be working full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and evening work for special events and projects.
As the Commercial and Residential Sales Assistant, your responsibilities would include:
- Conducting property viewings
- Sales progression
- After-sales customer care
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Ensuring files are kept up-to-date and compliant
- General administration duties
- Helping to run an efficient sales office
- Preparing sales and rental packs
- Any other duties commensurate with the role
Commercial and Residential Sales AssistantPerson Specification:
- Proven track record in sales or a customer service environment
- Friendly and approachable
- Driven to succeed
- Exceptional communication skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Proficient in the use of social media and IT
