SEN Teacher (Autism) - Ramsgate
What We're Looking For:
- A knowledgeable SEN teacher with experience in Autismor other SEN specialisms
- Passionate about working with children with ASD, using empathy and patience to support their individual needs
- Able to manage and adapt behaviour management techniques to each student's requirements
- Experience with PECSis highly desirable but not essential
- Flexible, caring, and determined to help students thrive

Your Role:
- Deliver tailored lessonsthat meet the diverse needs of students with ASD
- Manage behaviourusing strategies suited to individual students
- Support both verbal and non-verbalstudents, creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
