Commercial Administrator
Location: Amesbury

Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 per year
Job Purpose:
- To provide commercial assistance and support to the team
- To collate and update KPI information
- To liaise with contractors and supply chain
- To monitor system data, accuracy, completeness
- To contribute to Value for Money reporting
Key Accountabilities:
- Booking appointments for surveying team.
- Carry out a wide range of routine and non routine administrative tasks relating to the commercial functions
- Primary engagement with suppliers and subcontractors, cost value engineering and driving value for money.
- Monitor and report on inhouse purchases
- Raising, issuing and monitoring of purchase orders to suppliers & subcontractors.
- Administer and manage recharge process, inclusive of payments and reporting.
- Incoming works review ensure contract allocation accuracy for accounting purposes.
- System housekeeping, data cleansing and management.
- Coordinate and control operative workwear, PPE and consumable procurement.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Contract analysis looking into key components to ensure best prices.
Key Skills:
- Strong Microsoft office skills are required particularly in Excel
- Good communications skills
- Demonstrable background in an Administrative role
