Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently coordinate the despatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of shipments and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers.
• Monitor and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency.
• Resolve any issues related to shipments, including delays and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
