Salary: 40,000 - 65,000 depending on experience

Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for an Drylining Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager in Rawtenstall.

Job Description:

You will be required to work with both the commercial and estimating teams to implement all estimating and procurement matters required to ensure the success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• To control the financial/commercial aspects of several projects simultaneously
• Track costs with the site management team to ensure that projects are delivered within budget
• Attending meetings to provide input and support to the projects
• To price and prepare monthly financial reports and cashflow forecasts throughout the duration of the projects

Requirements:

• Previous experience with drylining is a must
• Good knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
• CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
