LGS Vision are delighted to be working exclusivity with our client as they source a Bookkeeper / Assistants Assistant to join their team.
They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join us as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations & accurate financial tracking.
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable & Receivables
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals
- Processing both purchase ledger & sales ledger transactions in an accurate & timely manner
- VAT Returns
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Creating and entering all invoices onto accounting system
- Experience using Sage
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in Bookkeeping/Accounts Assistant: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Proficiency with Accounting Software: Sage experience preferred
- Detail-Oriented and Organised: Ability to handle a busy workload with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable liaising with clients, staff, and management
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick to identify issues and propose practical solutions
Package:
- £32,500 - £40,000
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
