Remuneration: Up to 45,000 per annum (DOE)

Contract Details: Full-Time Position (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver a marketing strategy that aligns with our client's business goals.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to produce engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and brochures.
  • Implement effective strategies to support the sales team in generating leads and enhancing the sales pipeline.
  • Oversee SEO, PPC, and social media management to ensure high performance and consistent delivery.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and design across all channels.
  • Work with the sales team to align marketing activities with business development goals.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers for smooth marketing material delivery.

Skills Required for the Role:

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM systems.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in software such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and HubSpot.
