Day-to-day of the role:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with their business goals.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with external agencies to produce compelling content for various platforms including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, and social media to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate leads, supporting the sales team and enhancing the sales pipeline.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Event Management: Organize and manage company events, trade shows, and exhibitions to ensure they are executed professionally and effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with business development goals.
- Agency and Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Tools Proficiency: Experienced with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and HubSpot.
- Creative and Analytical: Ability to develop creative marketing strategies and analyse their effectiveness.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
