We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to help us continue delivering high-quality, nurse-led care that makes a real difference in our service users' lives.

The Role: As a Healthcare Support Workers, you will be a vital member of our team, providing support and care to our service users. This role requires a compassionate and attentive individual who can assist with clinical needs, personal care, and daily living tasks under the supervision of our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the personal care needs of service users in accordance with their care plans.
  • Support with clinical requirements such as medication management, moving and handling, Tracheostomy Care, PEG Management, ventilator support, among other health needs
  • Work collaboratively with family members and the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
  • Monitor and record the health and well-being of service users, reporting any changes.
  • Ensure dignity, privacy, and independence are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care setting, particularly with complex care needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
  • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts.
  • Enhanced DBS check will be required, we can assist with this.
