DKF are representing a licensed environmental asbestos removal client who are looking for an Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join their team. The client operates across diverse sectors, including demolition, construction, and asbestos removal. With many more exciting projects in the pipeline this is a rare opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking company who go the extra mile for their employees.

What your core responsibilities would be:

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of Asbestos Removal Operatives on site.

· Review job specifications, inspect work site, and communicate updates to Site Manager.

· Effectively manage site paperwork (Site Diary, Completion paperwork and waste consignment notes)

· Examine workers' equipment, such as respirator systems, air evacuation and filtration systems, and air quality testing devices, to ensure that they meet company and government safety standards.

· Monitor and inspect the quality of work during project.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

· Hold ARCA (or equivalent) Licensed Asbestos Supervisor Training.

· Must hold a valid Full UK driving licence.

· Must have recent supervisory experience in asbestos removal for at least 12 months for both licensed and non-licensed projects.

· Must have all asbestos certificates currently in date and CSCS.

· Must have the ability to direct a team as well as mentor and motivate staff.

· Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.

· Must have a positive attitude.

· Any additional qualifications would be advantageous. E.g. confined space, working at heights, PASMA etc.
