Digital Marketing Manager required to manage and inspire a small Digital Marketing team. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, based at their Essex office. Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience.

Responsible for managing the strategy, quality, and budgets for digital marketing, ensuring the organisation continue to be leaders in both paid and non-paid digital spaces.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage a digital marketing team
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, and more
  • Oversee and manage the digital marketing strategy presence for touring shows, ensuring maximum ticket sales and brand exposure
  • Drive innovation in digital campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance
  • Travel to shows and events may be required at times

Experience:

  • Experience in analytics and tracking, ideally in both Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with Meta Conversion API is desirable
  • Expert knowledge of media buying strategies and performance-driven marketing is essential
  • Experience or knowledge of the entertainment sector, with an understanding of audience engagement, ticket sales, and event promotion
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of live events and touring shows is highly desirable
  • Adept at executing campaigns
  • A confident natural leader, able to manage a team and influence key stakeholders and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to create innovative attention-grabbing campaigns in competitive entertainment markets
