Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aircraft Component Technician to join our Interior Lighting Division on a full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of interior lighting units, including fluorescent and LED lighting systems, with a focus on PCB electronic component repair down to discreet component level.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs on interior lighting units, including both fluorescent and LED systems.
  • Utilize PCB electronic component repair techniques, addressing issues down to discreet component levels.
  • Engage in surface mount soldering (by hand, not machine) as required for various repairs.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all repair activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferred: Previous experience within the aviation industry.
  • Considered: Candidates with similar skills from other industries, with an openness to cross-train into aviation.
