Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning and removing old paint, rust, and dirtSet up and operate powder coating equipment to apply the coating evenly and efficientlyMonitor and adjust heat, airflow, and coating thickness to ensure high-quality resultsInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsMaintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Powder Coater in an engineering or manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in coating applicationKnowledge of different coating materials and their propertiesGood physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periodsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
