Taylor Hawkes is a consultancy specializing in recruiting top talent in legal and accountancy professions across the US and UK. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Head of Resourcing who is highly motivated, organized, and committed to sourcing candidates across various platforms. This is a unique opportunity to work across international markets, including recruiting roles from Paralegals in New York to Tax Managers in California, as well as similar positions based across the UK.

Role Overview:The Head of Resourcing will take ownership of sourcing high-quality candidates for a wide range of legal and accountancy positions across the US and UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in candidate sourcing using multiple channels and platforms, including Reed, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and more. This position offers significant growth potential, as the successful candidate will transition into a management role, leading and developing a team of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates daily across multiple platforms (Reed, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Grind through online job boards and candidate pools for both active and passive talent
  • Recruit for diverse positions in the legal and accountancy fields, across multiple locations (US and UK)
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to submission to placement
  • Identify top talent and low-hanging fruit candidates for urgent positions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and build candidate pipelines
  • Provide insights on market trends and sourcing strategies
  • Train and mentor junior team members as the resourcing team expands
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously across different geographies and industries
  • Ensure a high standard of organizational and project management efficiency
