Location: Rayleigh, Essex

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

About the Role:

This is great opportunity to join a growing construction business in Essex and be a part of their ongoing digital transformation. They are seeking a versatile IT Technical Support Specialist with expertise Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to join their business.

This role is perfect for an all-round IT technician who can handle everything from mobile device management to general IT / M365 support and Power Platform tasks. As they transition much of their data to Dataverse, and have plans to implement a new CRM system, your skills will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient process to their IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support across Microsoft 365 services, hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Research and develop improvements to their current IT infrastructure.
  • Enhance the efficiency of their IT systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to discuss ongoing IT projects, troubleshoot issues, and plan future initiatives
  • Play a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects
  • Assist in the implementation of a new CRM system.

Skills required:

  • Proven experience with M365 and Power Platform.
  • Skills in mobile device management.
  • Ability to provide general IT support
  • Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (AD) management
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate closely on projects with one of their trusted partners

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Dataverse and CRM systems (Dynamics preferred)
  • MS Certifications in Power Platform or Microsoft 365
  • ITIL certification
