Pay Rate: £11.44 to £17.16 per hour (8 hours basic at £11.44 + 2 hours OT at £15.25 + 1.5 hours at £17.16)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 8:00pm

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the manufacturing sector for a dedicated Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join their growing team in Rayleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection moulding machines according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Ensure mould changes and setups are carried out efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality checks on moulded parts, ensuring they meet required specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues to maintain optimal machine performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in injection moulding is required.
- Knowledge of injection moulding machinery setup and operations.
- Strong understanding of machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights).
