Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Learning and Development Professional to join us on a part-time basis (3 days per week) to design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive development program for our remote recruitment consultants. This role will focus on creating a streamlined onboarding process and establishing ongoing development pathways that align with Taylor Hawkes’ recruitment fee development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Design and implement a development program tailored to support remote recruitment consultants in building efficient, high-quality recruitment processes that align with Taylor Hawkes’ standards.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit talented professionals to join our team, ensuring a robust pipeline of skilled consultants.
  • Onboarding Process: Develop and manage a structured onboarding process for new hires that covers essential training, company culture, and operational procedures.
  • One-to-One Support: Conduct regular one-to-one sessions with new consultants throughout their first three months, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine the development program based on feedback and evolving business needs to optimize consultant performance and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Learning and Development, HR, or a similar role, preferably with experience in recruitment or consultancy environments.
  • Training and Onboarding Expertise: Proven experience in creating effective onboarding programs and development pathways for remote or dispersed teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate new hires during one-to-one sessions.
  • Self-Motivated and Collaborative: Able to work independently while fostering a collaborative atmosphere across the remote team.
