Taylor Hawkes is a highly successful and well established recruitment agency based in a brand new high-spec office in Rayleigh, Essex. We employ over 70 members of staff and operate in a number of sectors.

Our Legal & CPA recruitment team works with businesses of all sizes throughout the US. We are now looking at add consultants to work out US desks.

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work across both CPA and Legal sectors. This is a full time, hybrid role. Our working hours are: Monday 9am—5pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-4pm.

We offer an inclusive and fun working environment with no KPIs or micro-management, and no cap on commission.

Responsibilities

  • Source and register high quality candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
  • Craft high quality marketing emails to prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships - to include emails, phone calls, Teams/Zoom meetings and, where necessary, in person meetings
  • Develop a full understanding of your market and become a trusted expert in this field for both candidates and clients
  • Provide advice and guidance to candidates for navigating the interview process
  • Manage the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates to ensure a successful outcome for all parties
  • Actively work to expand the database with new clients
