We are excited to be recruiting for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) on a contract basis with an immediate start to join a forward-thinking and supportive team dedicated to helping each student thrive. In this role, you will work closely with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, providing essential guidance and support to help them reach their full potential. Your contribution as an LSA will be highly valued by both teachers and students.
This is a non-subject-specific role, where you will work within a year group or Key Stage, assisting teachers during lessons and leading small group interventions.
We offer personalized professional development tailored to the four key areas of special educational needs: Cognition & Learning, Communication & Interaction, Social, Emotional & Mental Health, and Physical & Sensory Needs. You will also participate in whole-school CPD on Friday afternoons, providing an excellent opportunity for those considering a career in teaching or education.
This is a contract position with an immediate start and excellent daily rates of pay. The role is 31 hours per week, term-time only plus Inset days.
