Shift Patterns range from:- 7:30am to 1:30pm
- 1:30pm to 19:30pm
- 7:30am to 19:30pm
Responsibilities as a Kitchen Assistant:
- Assisting the Cook:
- Aid in the preparation of vegetables and provide support during busy periods.
- Clean kitchen equipment, including cooker, oven hot plate, Bain Maries, Fridges, and Freezers as per the cleaning schedule.
- Follow the cleaning schedule directed by the Head Cook.
- Dispose of waste bags following health & safety and infection control procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of tea trolleys, trays, and the dishwasher.
Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience:
- Must hold a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or above.
