Our client, a rapidly growing business in Reading, is seeking a Financial Accountant.
The ideal candidate will be a part to newly qualified ACCA/ACA or CIMA Accountant with a strong desire to grow within a successful organization.
The role involves a mix of financial and management accounting responsibilities, including preparing monthly finance packs, assisting with year-end audits, and preparing statutory accounts.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
Candidates should have relevant experience in financial accounting and be prepared to support the finance team with various reporting requirements.

Our client is a rapidly growing business based in Reading who is hiring for a Financial Accountant. The role will suit a progressive ACCA/ACA or CIMA part to newly qualified Accountant looking to work for a successful and ambitious business. The role will report to the Financial Controller and offer a good mix of financial and management accounting responsibilities:

• Supporting in the preparation of monthly management board finance packs• Assisting with the year end audit• Preparation of Statutory Accounts and Financial Statements reporting pack • Support the wider Finance team and business with any ad hoc duties• Assist with the preparation of other internal and external reporting requirements including VAT and Corporation Tax• Liaise and collaborate with the Transactional team to ensure that financial policies and procedures are understood and robustly managed• Income statement analysis and reporting including variance analysis against budget• Accrual and prepayment reconciliations and analysis• Balance sheet reconciliations
