This interim role will focus on strengthening the company’s internal controls, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and identifying areas for improvement in statutory and tax reporting processes.

Duties will include:

  • Reviewing existing financial controls and processes to assess compliance with statutory and tax reporting requirements
  • Identifying weaknesses and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing recommendations to align internal controls with best practices and regulatory expectations
  • Supporting the finance team in preparing accurate and timely financial reports
  • Advising on risk mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to streamline financial reporting procedures
About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a strong background in statutory reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls. Experience in evaluating financial processes and implementing best practices is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly will be key to success in this role.
